This class is a liquid tour through the white wines of Italy. We cover whites from all the major regions, learning the various grapes, and experiencing some very delicious examples from the mainland as well as the islands. This class is a wonderful way to move beyond Pinot Girgio as and discover so many new varietals that contribute to the exciting category of Italian whites.
