Sauvignon Blanc from around the World

This class is designed to highlight the importance that terroir (place) has on what you taste in the bottle. One grape, grown in different parts of the world, using varying winemaking techniques, with different weather conditions--all contributing to the distinctive taste profiles that you will experience.  This class will showcase Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux--Sauvignon Blanc's origin, as well as many examples from across the globe. All wines are paired with small bites.
